- Sign-in or register here.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop from the "Add Your Company" modal.
- Download ForecastRx's QuickBooks Web Connector file onto your QuickBook's computer or server.
- Ensure that QuickBooks is signed into the correct company file you intend to sync with ForecastRx and ensure that the company file is in single user mode.
- Run the QuickBooks Web Connector file.
- When the Application Certificate appears, select Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file is open, and then click Continue.
- In the Application Access Request window click Yes.
- On the access confirmation message, click Done.
- Set the Auto-Run (Recommended 1440 minutes)
- Check the checkbox next to ForecastRx web connector and click update selected. (Please note that the initial sync process will take some time depending on the size of your company file)
- After the sync has completed the company should be accessible inside of ForecastRx between a few minutes and a few hours depending on the size of your company file.
- Complete the initial configuration by filling out the Company Setting's page below. *Note Any changes that are made to the initial company settings can be changed at any time via Manage Section.*
ForecastRx works with QuickBooks Versions Listed Below:
- U.S. editions of QuickBooks Financial Software products
- QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
- QuickBooks Desktop Premier (2016 or later)
- QuickBooks Desktop Pro (2016 or later)
- U.S. QuickBooks Point of Sale (v13.0 or later)
- Canadian editions of QuickBooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise (2016 or later)
- UK editions of QuickBooks Pro or Accountant Edition (2016 or later)
